• No sound during workouts — check Settings → Sound cues in the App. Your iPhone mute switch and volume also affect speaker output.
• Custom workouts — use Edit on a preset or My Workouts, adjust rounds and intervals, then Save as New.
• Data and privacy — workouts and settings stay on your device. See our Privacy Policy.
