Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Nexus Codemaster (“we,” “us”) handles information when you use the Wise Warrior Timer mobile application (the “App”). The App is part of the Wise Warrior training family.

Summary

The App stores your saved workout profiles and Settings preferences on your device only. We do not operate user accounts, cloud sync, or analytics in this version of the App. We do not sell your personal information.

Information the App processes

Workout data you create — interval settings, round counts, custom workout names, and similar training parameters you enter or save in the App.
Settings preferences — toggles such as sound cues, haptics, and keep-screen-awake during active workout phases.

This information is stored locally on your device using the App’s on-device storage. We do not automatically transmit this data to our servers.

Information we do not collect

In the current version of the App, we do not require you to sign in and we do not collect:

Name, email, or contact details through the App itself (unless you choose to email us separately)
Precise location
HealthKit or other structured health records
Contacts, photos, microphone recordings, or camera images for core timer use
Advertising identifiers or cross-app tracking data
Usage analytics through third-party analytics SDKs

Device permissions and features

The App may use standard iOS capabilities to:

Run timers and display workout phases
Play bundled sound cues when enabled in Settings
Provide optional haptic feedback when enabled in Settings
Help keep the screen awake during an active workout phase when you allow that setting

Apple may process some device-level data under its own policies. We do not receive that data unless you contact us directly.

Email and support

If you email us at NexusCodemaster@gmail.com, we receive the information you include in your message (for example, your email address and message content) so we can respond. Handle that information as you would any routine support correspondence.

Children

The App is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will revise the effective date above when we do. Material changes may also be reflected in App Store release notes or in-app notices where appropriate.
